<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Dear
Members and Friends,</span></font></p>
<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>In the
midst of all the preparations for Pesach, everyone should remember the critical
Mitzva of Ma'os Chitim, helping those in need to purchase Pesach necessities.
The Rambam writes dramatically that one is obligated to provide for those in
need on every Yom Tov , and if one does not do so, one has not fulfilled even one's
personal Mitzva of Simchas Yom Tov. This is all the more important on Pesach,
when we must ensure that each Jew can feel the freedom which
accompanies the reenactment of Yetzias Mitzrayim the night of Pesach.</span></font></p>
<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>I will
briefly mention three options for Ma'os Chitim:</span></font></p>
<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'> 1)
The Ahavas Chesed Ma'os Chitim Fund is an inspiring organization which devotes
itself specifically to providing for Pesach needs. Those who wish to contribute
can do so in the following ways:</span></font></p>
<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>a) Online

b) Check - made out to "Ahavas Chesed", and sent to Ahavas Chesed,

<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>2) Of
course, Hand in Hand/Tomchei Shabbos is an indispensable organization which
provides for those who are in need throughout the year. Their assistance is all
the more valuable in preparation for Pesach. One may also fulfill one's
obligation by sending Ma'os Chitim to them.</span></font></p>
<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>3) If you
wish, you can make out a check to the Tifereth Israel Rabbi's Fund,
marking "Ma'os Chitim" in the memo.</span></font></p>
<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>May all
