the last Board of Directors meeting, the Board discussed a proposal to make
certain structural changes to the Main Sanctuary, Ballroom and Parking
Lot. After extensive discussion, the Board of Directors recommended that
we go forward with this presentation to the Members.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:10.0pt;text-indent:.5in'><font size=3
face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>To allow the membership a
full understanding of the backdrop and goals of these proposals, there will be
several public informational forums. At a meeting on Motzei Shabbos,
March 27, 2010 from 9:00-10:00 pm, Rabbi Cohen and I will discuss why these
changes are critical to the Shul at this time<font color=navy><span
style='color:navy'> </span></font>in light of the crisis the Shul is currently
experiencing. In order that the meeting not go long and take up too much
of Members’ time right before Pesach, please email any questions to me at

the Rav and I will try to address them at the meeting. If you are unable
to attend in-person, the meeting will be recorded and available on the
Shul’s website. Another, more detailed meeting will take place on
Sunday, April 18, 2010 in which the specifics of the proposals will be
presented in a more thorough fashion. Additionally, a series of small
group meetings can be setup at Members’ homes to continue the discussion
in a more informal manner.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

$35,000 has been pledged towards these renovations and it should be noted that
the entire cost will be paid for by special donations, no money from the

renovations. This Committee is intentionally broad-based, comprising men
and women, and long-standing members and newer members. What each person

w:st="on">Israel</st1:country-region></st1:place> build on its past successes,
Boruch HaShem, and continue to be a vibrant community Shul that propels its
Members’ growth in Torah, Tefilla and Chesed.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
